Sharon Walker

I was born in Boise, ID on a rather interesting weather day and was raised on Eagle Island in Eagle, ID.  I attended Eagle schools and graduated from Meridian High School.  Upon graduating, I worked for several companies before becoming employed by a local escrow and title company.  My escrow experience was somewhat interrupted by raising a family of 4 boys who all graduated from Meridian schools.  I went back to work in escrow and then transition to real estate when I decided I wanted to have a deeper relationship with those that were buying and selling property.  I enjoy getting to know people better and helping them find just the right property for their wants and desires.  It is the greatest joy to bring a transaction to a successful close and know that everyone is happy.

So, I have over 16 years in the escrow and title part of your real estate transaction.  I feel that this gives me a perspective that enables me to explain the process thoroughly and to help you see where all of the pieces fit together.  One of the most important parts of making a transaction work is good communication with others involved in the transaction.  One real estate sale and/or purchase is made up of many people working towards the same common goal.  By everyone pulling together, it makes the transaction as smooth as possible.
